Clune Construction invites applications for a Senior Superintendent, Mission Critical, based in Houston. Lead field execution on large, complex interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects, directing Superintendents, field staff and trade partners to ensure safety, quality and milestone achievement.

Own preconstruction planning and scheduling with PMs and design teams; mentor field leaders, manage procurement and look-ahead plans; foster strong client relationships and ensure smooth

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead preconstruction planning and project strategy for large, complex projects.
  • Direct overall field execution, directing Superintendents, field staff and trade partners to ensure safety, quality and milestones.
  • Champion safety, OSHA compliance, QA/QC, and performance standards across project teams.
