Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Twelve years industry experience and eight years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.
• Must have basic understanding of craft jurisdiction and working under collective bargaining agreements.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license; annual MVR checks may apply.

This role will oversee project execution, field workforce planning, safety, construction sequencing, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality, client relationships, and the development of field leaders.

What You Bring

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Twelve years industry experience and eight years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.
• Effectiveness in developing innovative construction methods and techniques for the project.
• Must have basic understanding of craft jurisdiction and working under collective bargaining agreements.
• Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans.
• Ability to mentor and train project team in all construction issues, efficiently lead large teams on complex projects and show leadership and be calm under pressure.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes

Nice to Have

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion, serving as the main contact for clients, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Manage field operations including manpower, schedules, subcontractors, logistics, safety, quality, and daily jobsite activities.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while mentoring employees and implementing the Boldt Production System to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget by managing documentation, compliance, budgets, workforce issues, and overall project performance.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $115,000 - $153,000 annually.

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $153,000 annually ; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible fora discretionary bonusand participation in applicable company benefit programs.
