Job summary

Level 10 Construction LP in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Senior Superintendent to plan, organize, and control field resources for successful project execution.

You will lead a field team, coordinate subs, interface with owners and design teams, budget craft labor and materials, and develop site utilization. This role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and strong communication to deliver large, complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PM software (Prolog or similar) and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing with owners, design teams, and union representatives.

Responsibilities

• Create construction schedules, update plans, coordinate jobsite logistics, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead Level 10’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety.
• Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling and resource loading.
• Develop foremen to grow into future leaders.
• Interface with Owner and Design as the primary project representative.
• Manage large, complex, multiple projects.
• Supervise assistants, subcontractors, and craftsmen.
• Budget, manage and forecast craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools and consumables.
• Develop site utilization plans and establish crew structures.
• Coordinate plans with design engineers and clarify specifications.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project.
• Participate in pre-construction budgeting and scheduling.

Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all resources in the field for the successful execution of a project.

The Senior Superintendent will supervise a project field team of skilled union and nonunion operations professionals who support departmental and organizational goals through their efforts.

Job Responsibilities includes (but may not be limited to):

• 
  Create construction schedules, perform regular updates, coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring
• 
  Lead Level 10’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety
• 
  Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling and resource-loading in conjunction with other Self- Performed Work
• 
  Foster the development of foreman to grow into future
• 
  Primary representative for interfacing with Owner and Design
• 
  Manage large complex, multiple projects.
• 
  Coordinate, plan and supervise assistant superintendents, subcontractors and craftsman.
• 
  Partner with project manager during the construction phase to budget, manage and forecast the following: craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables and general
• 
  Develop site utilization plan and establish crew
•

Working Conditions:
