Job summary

Pikus Concrete Contracting, a Lithko company, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead execution on high-visibility Utah projects in Salt Lake City. You will develop project plans, manage field teams, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

We value strong planning, collaboration with the operational team, and a proven track record in self-perform concrete, with project scopes often exceeding $1,000,000. Bachelor's preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1,000,000.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

The Role

As a Senior Superintendent at Pikus Concrete, a Lithko Contracting Company, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase on multiple projects. You will work closely with the operational team creating an overall project plan, schedule and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
