• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large projects.
• Multifamily, residential, adaptive reuse, renovation, or conversion experience is preferred.
• Experience managing $75M–$100M+ projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and occupied-building logistics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and major scopes.

• Develop and maintain short-term schedules and drive subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Management, ownership, design teams, consultants and trade partners.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and project closeout.

This is an opportunity to lead a large, complex project from early construction through completion with an established Construction Manager.

• Serve as the senior field leader responsible for day-to-day construction and overall site execution.
• Manage all subcontractors, field personnel, logistics, sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Lead the conversion of two existing eight-story structures into 286 multifamily residential units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent leading large, complex projects.
• Strong preference for multifamily, residential, adaptive reuse, renovation or conversion experience.
• Experience managing projects in the $75M–$100M+ range strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination, interior build-outs, structural/existing-condition challenges and occupied or existing-building logistics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and major scopes simultaneously.
• Strong scheduling, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and drive it from the field through final completion.
