Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a Newark, DE project. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate with PMs and trades, and drive the project from mobilization through closeout on an Electrical Industrial Process Manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Superintendent experience required.
• Industrial/MEP experience for an Electrical Process manufacturing project.
• Experience with scheduling, subcontractor management, and blueprint reading.
• OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred.

Job Description

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects from mobilization through project closeout. This role serves as the primary field leader and is accountable for project safety, schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor management, and overall site operations. The Superintendent works closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution.

The position is on-site at a project in Newark, DE, for an Electrical Industrial Process Manufacturing project. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
