Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Omaha, NE, to lead major commercial projects from mobilization to closeout. You’ll own field operations, drive safety and schedule performance, and oversee multi-site teams with a strong focus on quality and client relations.

You will manage master scheduling in P6, coordinate field teams and trade partners, and mentor field leaders to build high-performing crews capable of delivering $50M–$100M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience leading large projects (50M–100M+).
• Proven ability to independently lead large, complex commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Advanced knowledge of P6, master scheduling, site logistics, manpower planning, and schedule recovery.
• Able to lead multiple superintendents, field teams, and trade partners with accountability.
• Strong understanding of constructability, drawings, specifications, procurement, quality control, and closeout.
• Excellent client-facing leadership with owners, design teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own field operations for complex projects from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and performance.
• Lead the master schedule in P6, including sequencing, manpower planning, and six-week look-aheads.
• Direct multiple superintendents, field teams, and trade partners to drive accountability and performance.
• Coordinate complex site logistics, field coordination, resource planning, and day-to-day execution.
• Anticipate and resolve schedule, constructability, procurement, and field issues before they impact the project.
• Partner with project leadership and act as the senior on-site leader for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor field leaders while building high-performing teams.

• Proven experience independently leading large, complex commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Advanced knowledge of P6, master scheduling, site logistics, manpower planning, and schedule recovery.
• Proven ability to lead multiple Superintendents, field teams, and trade partners on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of constructability, drawings and specifications, procurement, quality control, and project closeout.
• Strong client-facing leader who builds trusted relationships with owners, design teams, and project stakeholders.
• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other complex commercial project experience is highly valued.
• OSHA 30 required; proficiency with P6 and construction technology expected.
