Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a major healthcare construction project in Houston, TX. You will report to the Project Executive and drive safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence on-site.

Candidate must have extensive healthcare construction experience, including hospitals or medical campuses, and proven leadership of large field teams and multiple subs. This is a high-impact, long-duration project with a strong community impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading $150M+ projects; $400M+ project experience highly desirable.
• Healthcare construction experience including hospitals or medical campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Develop, manage, and execute the master construction schedule with the Project Management team.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple trade contractors across all phases.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with a commitment to zero incidents.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning for a large, multi-phased project.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a major $400M+ healthcare construction project in Houston, Texas. The delivery of a complex, technically demanding healthcare facility that will have a lasting impact on the community.

Reporting directly to the Project Executive, you will provide leadership across all site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover
