Kaufman Lynn Construction seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to guide complex multifamily and assisted living projects on-site in Florida. You will lead scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor oversight, ensuring adherence to contracts and company policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience with multifamily and/or assisted living construction projects required.
• Ability to understand contracts.
• Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Proficiency in Procore is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly sub meetings.
• Maintain as-built drawings and direct project close-out.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange assignment of project personnel.
• Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and assist Project manager to secure appropriate change orders for project cost and time.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risk subcontractor and vendor performance.
