Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or certified at the advanced practice level in the state (or grandfathered per VA standards).
• Experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for Veterans in SUD/MAT clinics.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with the Veteran and family.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
