Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen per VA policy.
• Master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Must be licensed or certified at the MSW level in state where employed.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the SATT Supervisor coordinating assessments, treatment, and referrals for Veterans in the North Florida/South Georgia catchment area.
• Assists with the clinical supervision of unlicensed and multi-disciplinary staff (e.g., Addiction Therapists, Peer Specialists, RNs).
• Performs outreach to identify and assess Veterans' needs related to substance use, mental health, and medical issues.
• Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy and advanced level case management interventions.
• Develops and implements methods to measure the effectiveness of social work practice and services.
