Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our client relationships and the overall satisfaction of our consultants. The Success Manager will be responsible for negotiating and maintaining positive collaborations between clients and consultants, addressing concerns, and overseeing the performance of individuals involved in projects. This role also involves estimating project scopes, understanding software concepts, and identifying growth opportunities with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

Client and Consultant Relationship Management:

  • Negotiate and maintain positive relationships between clients and consultants.
  • Address concerns and issues promptly to ensure a fair and positive collaboration for all parties involved.
  • Oversee the behavior and performance of consultants assigned to clients.

Project Estimation and Oversight:

  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to estimate project scopes and feasible timelines.
  • Understand software concepts to oversee technology and software-related projects effectively.

Business Growth Opportunities:

  • Explore growth opportunities with existing clients to nurture and upsell services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify areas for expansion and improvement.

Team Leadership and Project Management:

  • Leverage project management skills to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of relevant general work experience.
  • Impeccable punctuality, as meeting schedules are flexible but punctuality for meetings is essential.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams or individuals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-minded with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assertive, with good critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills, ability to follow up timely and effectively with minimal guidance.
  • Experience working as a consultant/business contractor.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
