Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Success Architect in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Engage with strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud. Act as a Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data cloud relates to the success of AI. Develop playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Data Cloud customers. Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative architect solutions through customization. Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI. Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth. Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of expereince using the following: (1) Snowflake, (2) Databricks, (3) Cloudera, (4) AWS, (5) Azure, (6) GCP, (7) Data Vault (8) SQL, (9) Python, (10) Java, (11) R. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
