Powerserve Technologies is seeking a Senior Substation Technician for traveling projects across Florida. With competitive pay of $30–$45 per hour and opportunities for leadership roles, you will install and assemble high-voltage equipment and mentor junior technicians. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in substation construction (above-grade work).
• Strong working knowledge of high-voltage equipment installation.
• Experience with SF6 breakers (handling and gas procedures).
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install and erect substation steel structures and above-grade components.
• Set and install high-voltage equipment, including circuit breakers, transformers, and disconnect switches.
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and energization activities.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
