Powerserve Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the EPC/Electric Utilities sector to oversee large utility infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and regulators to advance reliability and sustainability of utility services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent Substation PM experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience within the utilities or energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale utility projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while managing changes and mitigating risks proactively.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project progress and compliance.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.
