Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Substation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of physical substation experience and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage substation design projects from concept to completion.
• Perform detailed physical design of substations, including layout, equipment selection, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in substation technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical substation design and engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong knowledge of substation equipment, systems, and design principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
