Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. seeks an electrical engineer to provide substation engineering support, perform AC/DC calculations, and lead projects with a team of engineers and contractors. The role emphasizes compliant design, performance evaluation, and risk analysis within a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and familiarity with IEEE/NESC/NERC standards; PE is preferred. Occasional travel and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Experience in substation engineering, design, and operation.
• Proficiency with IEEE, NESC, NERC standards and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, development, engineering, and closeout of projects.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and oversee contractors.
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare reports for design activities.
• Analyze and recommend solutions for routine and complex operational issues.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage transmission substation projects.
