Position Details:

Note: THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Job Description:

The SME will support the development, planning, promulgation, and interpretation of Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD), and Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA) policies related to international armaments cooperation programs. These include the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP), the International Cooperative Research, Development, and Acquisition (ICRDA) Program, and the Coalition Weapons Program (CWP). The role involves providing oversight of Technical Operations activities with coalition partners, geographic combatant commands, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation aligned with policies and regional objectives.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree (waived with 10 years of SC/SA experience).
• Expert knowledge of U.S. Armaments Cooperation programs and U.S. international agreement processing and development.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
