Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience in subcontracting, procurement, contracts, or related functions, with emphasis on subcontract negotiation and administration.
• Experience managing various subcontract types and working with internal customers and suppliers.
• Proposal support experience and experience conducting price and cost analysis.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Strong organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Creates and manages moderate to complex RFP solicitations.
• Negotiates NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other agreements as needed.
• Evaluates subcontractor proposals for compliance, pricing, and requirements.
• Performs price and cost analysis and documents support for awards/modifications.
• Communicates with subcontractors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Manages subcontract lifecycle from award to closeout.
