Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in capital construction contracting on EPCM Projects.
• 5+ years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with schedule driven deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop upfront Procurement planning activities.
• Provide guidance to subcontracts technicians.
• Prepare bidder lists and conduct bid evaluations.
• Manage change orders and mitigate Subcontractor risk.
