The Subcontracts Administrator supports the full lifecycle administration of subcontracts under U.S. Government prime contracts in a CPSR-compliant purchasing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring subcontract actions are properly competed, documented, negotiated, awarded, and administered in accordance with FAR, DFARS, company policies, and purchasing system procedures.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of direct subcontract administration experience within a federal government contracting environment and demonstrates strong documentation discipline, compliance awareness, audit readiness, and experience working in Deltek Costpoint.
