Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic math.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all subassembly activities to meet due dates.
• Communicate material requirements with purchasing and master planning.
• Support work orders via splits and quantity adjustments.
• Review master production schedule to establish operation sequences and lead times.
• Plan workflow for each department and operation.
• Expedite delayed operations and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare production reports and lists of required materials.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and adhere to policies.
