Job summary

Vow’d Weddings is seeking a Senior Stylist to be the right-hand to the Store Leader, coaching the team in personal styling and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will plan events, showcase design sensibilities, and roll up your sleeves to tackle new challenges.

The Senior Stylist will champion product knowledge, drive sales through strong conversion and AOV, and mentor stylists while contributing to recruitment and community outreach. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
