Vow’d Weddings in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Senior Stylist to join our growing team. As the right-hand to the Store Leader, you will coach fellow stylists, plan events, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll champion product knowledge, drive sales, and help create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising while supporting recruitment and outreach. At Vow’d Weddings, confetti and community matter as much as style.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in elevated service environment is a plus.

As the Senior Stylist you are the right-hand to the Store Leader, personal styling coach to the broader team, and community cheerleader. You are someone who loves planning events, has an eye for design, and can’t wait to roll-up your sleeves and dig into new challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
