Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to provide high-quality hair design, color, styling, and makeup services. You will consult with guests, build relationships, and drive service and product sales while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires Cosmetology licensure, prior salon experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Wellness and beauty product demonstrations are also part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
