Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking a dynamic Senior Stylist to become the right-hand to the Store Leader and a hands-on mentor for the styling team. You will deliver memorable bridal experiences, drive sales through strong product knowledge, and help grow the brand in a lively, community-focused environment.

You’ll train teammates, contribute ideas, and support outreach and recruitment while maintaining a guest-centric, design-forward atmosphere in-store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales through conversion and AOV.
• Deliver ideas and outreach to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Leverage knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists as culture cheerleader.
• Support Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operations.
