Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Estero, FL is seeking an energetic Senior Stylist to support the Store Leader, mentor stylists, and drive memorable guest experiences. The role blends personal styling coaching with events and community engagement.

You will champion product knowledge, assist with outreach, and help recruit and motivate a team while delivering one-of-a-kind styling and events that enchant guests and elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in elevated service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as guest advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales and conversions.
• Deliver ideas to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Leverage product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, serving as culture cheerleader.
• Support Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks.
