Senior Styling Manager who will lead and evolve the styling organization across all brands and content channels, balancing operational leadership with strong creative judgment. This role supports high-volume ecommerce productions, editorial content, and campaign work, mentoring a team of stylists and partnering with Creative, Production, Merchandising, Sample Management and Marketing.
Operational leader with exceptional creative judgment; builds teams through clear processes and strong partnerships. Comfortable planning resources for shoot months and reviewing styling direction for editorial. Able to determine when to lead creatively and when to empower the team. Passionate about developing talent and creating an environment where great work thrives. Ideally has foundational AI literacy, including experience with generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to explore new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
Base salary range: $100,000–$125,000. Total Rewards include hybrid work schedule, discretionary paid time off, summer Fridays, healthcare plans, employee discounts, 401k, annual bonus program, equity program, and more. Eligibility and details vary by role and location.
