Position Overview

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Styling Manager leads the styling department across all brands and content channels, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver elevated creative work while operating efficiently at scale. This highly cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of Creative, Production, Merchandising, Sample Management and Marketing, and oversees styling operations for high‑volume ecommerce productions, editorial content, special projects and campaign support while managing and mentoring a team of five stylists.

What You Will Do
Lead the Styling Organization
  • Manage, mentor and develop a growing styling team across all levels.
  • Establish clear ownership, accountability and career development across the styling team.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture centered on creativity, communication and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable workflows and team structures that support continued business growth.
  • Drive consistency across styling standards while empowering individual ownership.
Own Styling Operations
  • Oversee styling operations across Women's, Men's, Yitty and Scrubs.
  • Lead seasonal styling workflows including cross‑functional line review meetings, showroom preparation and styling handoffs.
  • Own stylist staffing, resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent productions.
  • Partner closely with Production to align styling resources with evolving production schedules.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication and process across the styling function.
  • Ensure styling operations can support high‑volume ecommerce, editorial and emerging content initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the primary styling partner to Creative, Production, Merchandising, Sample Management and Marketing.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to proactively solve problems and remove blockers.
  • Align styling priorities with seasonal business objectives and creative direction.
  • Partner with Creative leadership to continuously evolve styling standards across all brands.
Support Campaigns & Special Projects
  • Support larger brand campaigns, celebrity productions and special creative initiatives as needed.
  • Facilitate logistics and communication with celebrity stylists and external partners.
  • Help coordinate shopping, pulls and campaign styling needs in partnership with the Lead Stylist.
Drive Creative Excellence
  • Maintain a high standard of styling quality across ecommerce and editorial work.
  • Provide thoughtful creative feedback that elevates the team's styling output.
  • Partner closely with the Lead Stylist to align styling direction with seasonal creative vision.
  • Encourage trend awareness, market research and continual refinement of styling standards.
Experience
  • 5–7+ years of professional styling experience within fashion, retail or ecommerce.
  • 2–3+ years leading, mentoring or managing creative teams.
  • Strong experience supporting high‑volume ecommerce productions.
  • Editorial styling experience and strong fashion instincts.
  • Experience within a corporate retail or brand environment with cross‑functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of both ecommerce and editorial styling, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people development experience.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder; highly collaborative and solutions‑oriented, with experience partnering across Production, Merchandising and Sample teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Comfortable working on‑site, with the ability to lift and move up to approximately 30 pounds.
The Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate is an operational leader with exceptional creative judgment. They understand that great styling organizations aren’t built solely through strong fashion instincts—they’re built through thoughtful leadership, clear processes and strong partnerships.
  • They’re just as comfortable building resource plans for robust shoot months as they are reviewing styling direction for an upcoming editorial. They know when to step into the creative process and when to empower their team to own it. Most importantly, they’re passionate about building teams, developing talent and creating an environment where exceptional creative work can thrive.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
Success in the First Year
  • Build a high‑performing styling team with clear ownership across Women's, Men's, Yitty and Scrubs.
  • Establish scalable styling processes that improve efficiency across key cross‑functional meetings, showroom prep and seasonal workflows.
  • Strengthen partnerships with Production, Merchandising, Sample Management and Creative.
  • Improve consistency and quality across ecommerce and editorial styling.
  • Create additional leadership capacity by developing the team and empowering clear decision‑making.
  • Successfully support a growing global creative organization across North America and international markets.
  • Reduce operational bottlenecks, freeing styling leadership to focus on strategic creative work.
  • Build a styling organization capable of supporting increasing content volume without sacrificing quality or team sustainability.
