Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Senior Studio Lead in Tampa to act as an extension of the General Manager, boosting member growth, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will drive membership and revenue through partnership with the GM, deliver premium hospitality, welcome new clients, orient them to the studio, and coach the team to maintain consistent, five-star service across classes and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Deliver premium hospitality and build strong client relationships, assisting with classes if certified.
• Welcome new clients, orient them to the studio and class experience, and ensure a five-star first visit.
• Elevate studio operations through coaching, development, and consistent execution; address gaps with the GM.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Retention

• Partner with the General Manager and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by modeling premium hospitality, building strong client relationships, and, when certified or eligible to complete JETSET instructor certification, supporting the studio through class instruction as needed
• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience by welcoming new clients, orienting them to the studio and class experience, anticipating their needs, and following up after class to help them feel confident and connected

Drive Operational Excellence

• Elevate Studio Lead performance through real-time coaching, hands-on development, and consistent reinforcement of JETSET standards
• Create stronger day-to-day execution by serving as a trusted resource, solving routine issues, and helping the team operate confidently and independently
• Protect consistency across the studio by identifying recurring gaps in performance, training, or execution and partnering with the General Manager to address them

AVAILABILITY

• Expected Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 35–40 hours per week, with flexibility based on studio needs and events
• Flexibility to support occasional coverage needs and local marketing/community activations is an important component of the role
