Job summary

U.S. Fusion Energy is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to lead the design, structural analysis, and validation of large steel structures for next-generation fusion systems.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate system-level designs and mentor junior engineers, while leveraging Creo and FEA to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of mechanical design and large-structures experience.
• Proficiency in Creo and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
