Job summary
Nassau Financial Group seeks a skilled investment analyst to join the NAMCO team. The role focuses on analysis and buy/sell recommendations for CLOs, private-credit structured deals, ABS, ABF, and residential whole loans. You will oversee portfolio surveillance and management of existing holdings.

Qualifications
- Experience in structured securities, CLOs, private credit and ABS.
- Ability to provide buy/sell recommendations with documented support.
- Bachelor's or master’s in finance/economics/business; CFA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze investment offerings and provide buy/sell recommendations with justification.
- Monitor portfolio quality and perform regular credit reviews.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management to align investments with guidelines.
- Support management of troubled assets and advise on sales to reduce losses.
- Present transactions to Investment Review Committee.
- Assist hedging efforts and document commitments with counsel.
- Maintain reporting and develop third-party manager relationships.
