We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to work in a collaborative team environment in our Minneapolis, MN office. Projects include a wide variety of new commercial buildings in the areas of healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and office, as well as renovation projects and analysis of existing buildings.

Senior Structural Technician job responsibilities include:

1. Structural drafting and modeling for structural engineers
2. Coordinating the production of construction documents
3. Provide mentorship to junior staff

We are considering Senior Structural Technician candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. An Associate's degree in CAD drafting preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years similar experience. Candidates with greater than 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficient with Revit.
4. Experience with structural modeling and drafting.
5. Experience in Navisworks and BIM 360 is considered a plus.
