Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with extensive analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing fixed-wing fuselage structures; knowledge of airworthiness.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor a small team.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis using hand methods and FEA to predict loads and stresses.
• Develop and verify FEA models to support aircraft modifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of stress engineers; manage budget and schedule.
• Prepare bids and labor forecasts; ensure compliance with airworthiness rules.
• Collaborate with CAD/PLM data and participate in FAA/military projects.
