Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural engineering experience with building design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience managing structural design projects.
• Strong background in structural analysis and design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience using structural analysis and design software.
• Knowledge of steel, concrete construction methods.
• Familiarity with building codes and design standards.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering projects from initial planning through final design, including scopes, budgets, and coordinating design activities.
• Serve as the Engineer of Record, reviewing, signing, and sealing calculations and documents as required.
• Perform and oversee structural analysis and design for various building projects.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and team members, providing technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and officials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with preparing proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and business development materials.
• Work with project managers and leaders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Support other engineering disciplines with structural design needs for site development projects.
• Apply building codes, standards, and safety procedures to all work.
