Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience (ideally in the U.S.)
• SE License is required
• Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Supervise engineers and BIM designers, ensuring project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, seismic regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
