Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building Structures team in Allentown, PA or NYC.

The role focuses on leading building structural projects from concept through construction, mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural Engineering background with PE licensure, 7+ years in the field, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and proven budget and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE license
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience with project management responsibility
• Experience leading building structural projects from concept through construction
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for building structural projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality responsibility
• Lead structural design efforts for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects and MEP partners
• Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD; QA/QC of calculations and drawings
• Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships across regions
