Job summary

Huitt-Zollars, Inc. in Denver seeks a Senior Structural Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years PM experience and Colorado PE license.

You will lead multi-discipline design teams on structural projects from concept through construction, mentor engineers, manage budgets and client relations. The role requires strong Revit, RAM, and RAM Elements skills, proficiency in design of wood, steel, concrete and foundations, plus knowledge of local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree welcomed but not required.
• Licensed Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado with 10 years of experience.
• Experience designing structural systems (wood, light gauge, steel, concrete, masonry).
• Strong communication, client interaction, and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in RAM, RAM Elements, Revit, and RAM-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project teams in design and development of projects.
• Coordinate client meetings and internal/subcontractor coordination.
• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings across materials.
• Mentor engineers, manage project budgets, and assist in fee development.
• Review drawings, conduct field inspections, and support construction administration.
