Talent Search Pro seeks a Structural Senior Project Manager with 10 years of structural engineering design experience to lead projects from inception through construction, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold quality.

The role includes business development, preparing fee proposals, cultivating client relationships, mentoring engineers, and guiding production of construction documents while staying current with codes and standards.

Competenze

Bachelors or Masters in Architectural/Civil Engineering with structures emphasis.
10 years of structural engineering design and project management experience.
PE license required; SE license a plus.

Mansioni

Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects, including large/complex ones.
Oversee design and production of construction documents for structural projects.
Plan timelines, budgets and resources across projects to ensure timely delivery.
Lead engineers, provide mentorship and team development.
Prepare structural fee proposals and pursue new client relationships.
