Galloway & Company, LLC is seeking a senior structural/civil engineer to lead project teams on site development and infrastructure assignments. You will apply engineering principles to grading, stormwater, utilities, transportation layouts, and fueling infrastructure across subdivisions and commercial sites.

You will oversee design progress, coordinate with officials, resolve complex design challenges, and mentor staff while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• PE or SE license is required.
• Typically 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Healthcare/education project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in private commercial development is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and conducts structural engineering work for projects.
• Oversees design progress and coordination with authorities and agencies.
• Resolves complex design and coordination issues across disciplines.
• Mentors junior staff and supports business development activities.
• Leads client communications and prepares proposals and agreements.
• Directs team execution and ensures quality control across projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
