Qualifications

• Minimum five years in corrugated packaging with packaging design experience.
• Proficiency with ArtiosCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and retail packaging requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase displays.
• Manage multiple structural design projects with quality and on-time delivery.
• Create structural layouts, CAD drawings, 3D renderings, prototypes, and production-ready files.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales, Production, and Manufacturing to balance performance, aesthetics, and cost.
• Review requirements for compliance with retailer guidelines and manufacturing standards.
• Travel to customer facilities for line trials and packaging implementation.
