WEBCO MFG in the United States is seeking skilled MIG welders to join our employee‑owned team. You will weld according to blueprints, read weld symbols, and ensure first‑piece quality in a fast‑paced, safety‑conscious environment.

We offer an air‑conditioned shop, quarterly reviews, ESOP benefits, growth paths, and competitive pay with overtime support. This Fri–Sun schedule keeps production moving and rewards your craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Proficient in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions.
• Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and galvannealed steel.
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and safety‑focused.
• Available Fri–Sun 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m. (36 hrs paid as 40).

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient, precise MIG/GMAW welds that meet customer specifications.
• Select welding methods when not defined on the blueprint.
• Perform and submit first‑piece inspections to Quality Assurance before production.
• Maintain accurate production records to verify counts and progress.
• Prioritize and stage jobs by complexity, process, and expected completion time.
• Support additional duties that keep the floor safe and productive.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be entrusted with customer‑critical parts and the autonomy to complete them right the first time. From blueprint to final pass, you’ll choose appropriate MIG/GMAW methods when prints are silent, validate a first article with QA, and drive throughput by organizing work for maximum efficiency.
