Qualifications

• 15+ years of project engineering experience from concept through completion, including high-profile built projects.
• Licensed SE preferred (in states requiring SE) or PE/CE as applicable.
• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred.
• NCEES Record enabling reciprocity in any state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Track record of major project success, including projects totaling $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts on large or complex projects.
• Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery and effective team coordination across all offices.
• Manage regional team resources, including workload forecasting and staffing.
• Support engineering-related business development, including proposal writing.
• Serve as a key leader within the regional multidisciplinary engineering group.
