Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 7+ years engineering experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on structural analysis efforts.
• Experience with aerospace structural analysis of composites.

Responsibilities

• Act as Analysis Value Stream Leader for reflectors & booms product lines.
• Oversee analysis team with program leadership, manufacturing, and SMEs.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and cost for analysis activities.
• Coordinate static/dynamic test plans with tool design group.
• Lead risk assessment and management across programs.
• Develop and implement standardized analysis processes.
