GPLA, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a licensed Sr Structural Technical Manager to lead drawings, specs and calculations across project phases. The role focuses on developing structural designs and models, and delivering high-quality results to meet budget and schedule.

The incumbent serves as SME and drives knowledge and standards across teams. The position requires a PE license, 12+ years of structural engineering experience, and is based in Baltimore, MD.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a structural focus or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• PE license required; SE license preferred; NCEES record preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the creation and QA/QC of drawings, specifications, and calculations across all design phases.
• Oversee development of structural designs and analytical models for various building types and materials.
• Serve as SME, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions.
• Lead knowledge and skill development through mentorship and training programs.
• Represent the organization in professional societies and code committees.
