Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a licensed and experienced Senior Structural Engineer. The role focuses on semiconductor projects with opportunities in related sectors. Responsibilities include leading engineering scope, performing structural analysis, and ensuring code compliance. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in structural design, preferably in semiconductor or industrial project experience.
- Familiarity with fabrication and construction means & methods.
- Experience with seismic design considerations and detailing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural engineering scope of projects, ensuring code compliance and technical accuracy.
- Develop structural designs and produce construction documents for concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
- Review and stamp engineering drawings and specifications.
Skills
Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling software such as: RISA
Proficiency in Revit for BIM coordination
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s in Structural or Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
