Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. is seeking an experienced structural engineer to perform design, analysis, and verification for complex structures under minimal supervision.

The role requires a Civil or Architectural Engineering background with structural emphasis, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines, sites, and customers. Security clearance may be required, and US citizenship is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis.
  • Professional Engineering Registration or ability to obtain
  • Master’s degree in structural engineering desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Performs design development, analysis, or review tasks independently.
  • Generates complete design specifications for complex projects.
  • Coordinates with engineering, logistics, finance, and program management to define specifications.
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation and system/subsystem specs.
  • May supervise a project team and manage cost, schedule and performance.
