Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio in the New England area (MA, CT, NH, ME, RI). Based in Rocky Hill, CT, or other listed locations, you will drive project delivery from concept through closeout with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.

You will oversee structural design, calculations, and coordination across teams, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering required; master’s preferred.
• Licensed PE in Massachusetts; additional licenses in CT/RI/NH/ME beneficial.
• 6–7 years of related experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design, analysis, and design of structures.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Review shop drawings and erection procedures; perform construction administration.
