Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification in multiple states or willingness to pursue.
• Ability to travel domestically, likely 5% or less.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, performing engineering calculations and overseeing development.
• Ensure project execution adheres to budget and scope.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Skills

Strong structural design experience across various industries and materials

Experience with structural analysis software (RISA or similar)

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of MS Office and computer technology

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Design)

Master's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)
