Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in precast or structural design.
• PE license or ability to obtain within first year.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Experience with design software (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast structures to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Review calculations and drawings for accuracy and approval.
• Lead project design teams to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers in design practices.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, owners, and internal teams.
• Provide engineering support to sales and estimating teams.
• Conduct site visits as required for project support.
